The firm was founded by Mirek Siba in 1980. Siba and Company is registered to carry out audit work for limited companies. The firm also prepares accounts for sole traders, partnerships and other business entities. Up to date technology is used to assist in the provision of tax and accounting advice to UK and overseas clients. Overseas clients particularly appreciate being able to communicate in their own language. Members of staff are able to speak a number of languages including Czech, Portuguese, Russian and Ukrainian. Over the years the firm has built up a strong and growing base of clients ranging from individuals to national companies. A particular attraction for clients is the knowledge that their affairs will be looked after personally by a senior member of staff.

Mirek Siba FCA

Mirek Siba joined the accountancy profession in 1969. He places great emphasis on providing a personal service to clients and on his experience with HM Revenue and Customs, which has enabled the firm to obtain favourable results in complicated situations. A particular strength is being able to communicate with clients without using technical jargon.
